Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in their healing and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, client-centered care.
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging research in the field of therapy and behavioral health.
- Support clients through challenging situations, offering guidance, coping strategies, and a safe therapeutic space.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to promote positive outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be proficient in evidence-based practices.
- Strong understanding of case management and behavioral health documentation.
- Familiarity with insurance coding and billing for mental health services is beneficial.
- Ability to conduct and interpret clinical research related to therapy practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic and effective direct support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining client records.
- Must be able to work with a diverse and vibrant population.
