Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts/new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' portfolio
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Learn business terminology to perform marketing presentations
Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
· Top-notch communication at all levels with internal/external clients
· Able to use tablet/pertaining applications
· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
