BrayTech is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team! All training provided!
Customer Reps are the voice and spirit of our clients and are one of the most valued positions in our company. We provide a supportive & fun environment to learn the basics of client knowledge, company policies, communication skills, marketing presentations, customer service, business strategy and more.Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions!

Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts/new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' portfolio
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Learn business terminology to perform marketing presentations

Requirements
