Our Apprenticeship Program prepares individuals for careers in heavy highway construction and the skilled trades.

This is an entry-level construction position with paid, on-the-job training and a pathway into the skilled trades.

The Brayman Apprenticeship Program is built on three core principles:

Exposure to heavy highway construction through diverse training environments

Experience with on-the-job training that transfers across different skilled trades

Direction to help build a clear path forward to union entrance and a long-term career

Compensation:

Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hr, with performance-based raises every three (3) months.

Brayman Construction Corporation, headquartered in Saxonburg, PA, has a long-standing tradition of training and developing the skillset of their labor workforce. Safety Sensitive Position:

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
