Responsibilities Include:
Oversee inventory management to meet demand while maintaining optimum levels. Source and quote products/services as needed. Issue purchase orders to initiate the procurement cycle, monitor delivery status and update system accordingly, expediting when necessary to fulfill production requirements. Oversee the partnership with suppliers to establish long-term cost reductions, availability of product/services and superior quality. Process required documentation for shipment/receipt of goods, including documentation associated with imports. Oversee the maintenance of inventory data ensuring accuracy to facilitate full utilization of our ERP system. Supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff and any additional staff required to fully carry out the responsibilities noted above. Minimum Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED Required, Associates or Bachelor's Preferred
- At least 2 years of purchasing and inventory experience
- Familiarity with inventory and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze data and make decisions within pre-defined guidelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and ERP systems.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Relationship:
Must be able to work closely with production personnel to coordinate inventory levels with production requirements.
Level of Supervision:
Day to day job responsibilities will be carried out with minimal supervision using processes/guidelines established by our corporate supply chain team.
