At Bray & Co, we don’t just run an office, we run The Inspiration Hub: a space designed to spark ideas, fuel creativity, and make every day feel like something’s about to happen.
We’re looking for an Inspiration Concierge to work 20 hours a week part right-hand to our Executive Creative Director Peter Bray, part curator of energy, and always the culture keeper. You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning and the vibe elevated. This isn’t a traditional office manager or PA role, it’s a hybrid of precision, personality, and creative intuition.
What You'll Do . . .
Support the Agency:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting prep, making chaos feel effortless
- Liaise with 3rd party partners, make travel arrangements
- Track priorities and keep the ECD one step ahead
- Organise both our in office folks and our remote teams
- Take notes, follow up, and move projects forward, even the messy ones
- Handle confidential info with tact and total discretion
Run The Inspiration Hub:
- Keep the space feeling alive, from playlists to lighting to surprise snacks
- Oversee vendors and supplies
- Apply a curatorial eye to keep the space looking beautiful
- Greet guests and clients like they’re walking into a boutique-meets-studio
- Spot what needs doing and just do it, from coffee to crisis
Curate Culture & Momentum:
- Coordinate team rituals, inspiration sessions, celebrations, and last-minute brainstorms
- Keep your finger on the pulse of NYC culture, from gallery shows to weird pop-ups and share with the team
- Help source gifts, props, books and the unexpected
Who You Are:
- A natural vibe manager, the kind of person who sees what’s needed before it’s asked
- Loves design, culture, aesthetics, and great advertising
- Super organized but not uptight
- Knows how to protect someone’s time without creating walls
- Warm, trustworthy, creative, resourceful, fast-moving
- Feels at home juggling a playlist, a pitch deck, and a fresh set of notebooks
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience supporting senior creatives or execs
- Have worked in an agency, studio, production company, or fashion/entertainment
- Know how to throw a great dinner party or make a Google Sheet sing
- Can name 3 things currently happening in NYC that are worth seeing

This role is 20 hours per week in our Inspiration Hub in Soho NYC. Ideally you would be in office 4 days a week, 5 hours per day, though we are happy to accommodate a slightly different schedule as long as it is regular.
