You'll be the face of our taproom, pouring great beer, creating memorable guest experiences, and sharing your passion for craft. - Provide exceptional guest service with warmth and product knowledge
- Pour and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Educate guests on our beer lineup, brewing process, and seasonal offerings
- Maintain accurate tabs and process transactions efficiently
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Support opening and closing duties including cash handling and reconciliation
- Assist with private events and special programming as needed
- Collaborate with barbacks, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Previous bartending experience required (craft beer or brewery experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of beer styles; Cicerone certification is a bonus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Current or ability to obtain responsible alcohol service certification
- Reliable transportation
