What You’ll Do:
- Install and assemble high-quality formwork for concrete structures
- Measure and layout footings and foundations
- Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them
- Work with reinforcement installation and precision concrete pouring
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand/power trowel, hand/power screed, and float
- Adapt to varied job site conditions, including outdoor work and heights

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in formwork installation, concrete pouring, and reinforcement
- Strong work ethic and reliability - we count on each other to get the job done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Must have own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
