What you’ll do
- Lead and contribute to mid-sized engineering projects that support ongoing operations and business goals
- Perform technical and economic evaluations to guide decision-making
- Support the design, construction, and optimization of new and existing facilities
- Conduct performance testing and help improve system efficiency and reliability
- Explore and implement new technologies and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to solve technical and project challenges
- Take ownership of small, specialized teams to drive project execution and deliver results
- Communicate insights and project updates through presentations and reports
- 3–10 years of experience in oil & gas, with a focus on midstream facilities (e.g., compressor stations, gas processing plants)
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Experience in engineering design, project execution, and facility optimization
- Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, data-driven solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including presenting technical information clearly
