Fleet Analyst I

Job Title: Fleet Analyst I – Data & Telematics (Hybrid)

Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – Mon–Thu onsite, Fri remote)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Analyst to support fleet operations, data reporting, and telematics initiatives. In this role, you will help manage dashcam deployments, maintain fleet data, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dashcam orders, shipments, and installations
• Manage telematics devices, vehicle assignments, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain fleet inventory data and vehicle records
• Prepare, clean, and validate fleet reports and datasets
• Analyze fleet data to support operational and cost decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain documentation, processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, supply chain, operations, or related field
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• Experience with fleet programs, telematics, or dashcams
• Familiarity with tools like Holman Insights, GeoTab, or similar platforms
• Experience with Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
