Pay rate is $30/hr


5 days onsite in Downtown Dallas, (first month or two will be 5 days onsite in Addison, TX)

Parking is company paid.


12-month contract, that can extend or convert. This is long-term contract (great job stability)

IT Support Specialist

Our IT Support Specialist primary functions are to work FreshService tickets as they come in, create the Active Directory accounts, and configure hardware for new hires and support our audio\video solutions. We are looking for people that enjoy helping others and take pride in their work. Equal knowledge of Mac and PC interfaces is desired.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Perform configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware.
  • Candidate must be eager to learn and have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, exceptional initiative, and ability to work effectively in a professional atmosphere is required.
  • Offer user support with Apple products when needed.
  • Provide support and resolution of various computer hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve end-user computer related issues via telephone, email, in person, or remotely.
  • Must be able to diagnose and resolve moderately complex IT system hardware, software, network and user issues.
  • Ability to setup laptops, phones, and printers.
  • On occasion, contribute on projects such as software implementation and training.
  • As needed, instruct end users in the appropriate use of equipment and/or software.
  • Assist with technology planning and implementation of technology projects.
  • Create and update documentation for systems and processes.

Desired Skills

  • Jamf (MDM) experience or knowledge of Apple Business Manager is required.
  • Knowledge with the Apple class chips (M1, M2, M3, M4).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate support if not more.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Mac to understand basic UI to offer user support as needed.
  • Knowledge of iPads is a plus.
  • Candidate must be eager to learn and have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, exceptional initiative, and ability to work effectively in a professional atmosphere is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products is required.
  • Microsoft Office365 and Active Directory Experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills is required.
  • Customer-centric attitude and willingness to resolve issues cradle-to-grave is required.
  • Experience with high-priority, VIP-heavy support environment; prioritization; patience is required.
  • Windows/MacOS/mobile printer support experience is preferred.
  • Conference room technology support – screen sharing, videoconferencing, telephony is preferred.
  • Local technology stock management– ensuring equipment is on hand, shipping nationally when required.
  • Have experience managing users in phone system: RingCentral, Talk Desk, Cisco is preferred.
  • Have experience in Microsoft Intune and Azure Autopilot is preferred.
