About the Role: Bravo Property Trust is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its Credit team. The Credit team oversees originations and asset management across Bravo Property Trust’s investment vehicles, targeting debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity originations, secured by acquisitions and refinancing of development, transitional, and stabilized properties. To date, Bravo Property Trust and its affiliates have closed loans totaling $1.2 billion. Bravo Property Trust provides bridge loans for HUD financing, which are then refinanced through our sister company, Bravo Capital, a licensed HUD lender.
Key Responsibilities:
· Evaluate prospective investment opportunities
· Generate financial analysis and model debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity investments for construction, bridge, and healthcare transactions
· Lead the closing process – coordinate with legal, third-party vendors, and other partners
· Prepare and present investment committee materials detailing investment rationale, execution risks, and prospective returns
· Execute (bidding, due diligence, and closing) new investments in Bravo Property Trust’s credit vehicles
· Perform due diligence, market analyses, and other tasks related to new and existing investments
· Manage the loan portfolio, including monitoring and surveillance
· Implement business plans, including financings, dispositions, and ongoing portfolio surveillance
· Maintain relationships with institutional investors
· Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution
· 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, advisory, real estate private equity, or real estate finance, particularly focused on new construction
· Strong work ethic and a passion for real estate
· Outstanding quantitative and financial modeling skills
· Excellent time management and communication abilities
· Proficiency in Argus is preferred but not required
· Possesses intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously expand the knowledge base
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams
Compensation and Benefits: The starting annual base salary range is $100,000 and up, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in Bravo Property Trust’s discretionary Annual Bonus program and other employee benefit programs, subject to the specific terms and eligibility requirements of such programs.
