Bravera is hiring for a Farm/Personal Account Executive in Carrington, ND. This position is responsible for the retention, service, account development and product/service presentation to clients. Primary responsibility is to provide customer service along with cross-selling other products and services.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Be a trusted advisor to Bravera Insurance clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service.
- Cross-sell other products and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain new and renewal insurance business.
- Assist clients with their insurance changes/requests
- Build strong working relationships with co-workers and clients
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Process renewals, endorsements, and change requests
- Assist clients in submissions of claims
- Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
- Must be licensed in Property/Casualty insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency
