Bravera is hiring for a Credit Administration Coordinator to be located either in Bismarck/Mandan, ND, or Dickinson ND. This position is responsible for coordinating the credit administration functions of Bravera Bank. Overall responsibility will focus on documentation of credit actions of Loan Committee and reporting various level reporting for Board of Directors, Department Managers, and Chief Credit Officer. Identify opportunities to create standardized forms, processes, and procedures relating to credit or product review functions. Responsible for coordinating the Bravera Loan Committee.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the supervision of the Chief Credit Officer
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate Loan Committee Meeting (generally 2/week)
- Loan Documentation
- Periodic Reporting
- Policy Maintenance
- Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all functions of the organization and with Subsidiaries.
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & COMMITTEES:
- Participate in Action Team and Committees, as assigned.
- Assist with special credit administration projects, as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
OR
- An acceptable combination of education and work experience.

Either in Bismarck/Mandan, ND, or Dickinson ND.
