Facility Maintenance HandymanPosition Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and in excellent condition. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:• Complete general repairs such as painting, carpentry, basic electrical work, and plumbing fixes• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies• Assist with facility improvement projects and preventive maintenance schedules• Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipmentQualifications:• 2 years of experience in facility, building, or general maintenance preferred• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment• Ability to work independently or in a team environment• Respect leadership in authority.• Be an example of attitude, speech and actions toward others.• Have the spiritual maturity and leadership abilities to align with Brave Church’s mission.• Be on time, all the time.• Team playerWorking Conditions:• Full-time position (40 hours per week) 7am-4pm• Occasional evening or weekend shifts for emergencies or special projects• Ability to withstand indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including dirt, dust, pollen, odors, sun, wetness, rain, fumes, temperatures, noise, or machinery vibrations.
Salary : $70,300 - $70,400
