Production Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift

Join our manufacturing team as a Production Operator and become a vital part of our production process in Washington, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of production lines within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment committed to excellence and teamwork.

Duties

• Monitors equipment to ensure that product assembled properly.
• Loads plastic material into extruder.
• Cuts plastic material to specified weight.
• Loads and unloads plastic material into large press.
• Inspects final product to ensure they are up to quality standards.
• Trims plastic tiles of excess flash.
• Packs completed product and prepared for shipment.
• Adheres to established safety protocols.
• Ensures workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.

• Fluency in English, Spanish or French is required.

Education and Experience:

• One-year related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry, and manipulate various items.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• Frequently required to stand and walk.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts 6a - 6p (1st) or 6p - 6a (2nd)
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
