Brattleboro Union High School is seeking an individual to serve as our administrative assistant for the counseling department. The successful candidate will be an organized and independent professional with strong written and verbal skills. Primary responsibilities include initiating and managing office timelines and departmental communications. This individual will coordinate the college scholarships, financial aid application processes, and off-campus career explorations. This position is a Wage Grade 4 ($17.31 – 23.31 per hour depending upon experience), 8.0 hours per day, calendar year position. Start date is August 3, 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, information manager, or office coordinator is preferred, as well as experience working in a school setting.
