WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS AN HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN?
As our HVAC Maintenance Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring that our clients' HVAC systems are operating efficiently. Your day will start with reviewing your schedule, preparing your tools and equipment, and heading out to service appointments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customers' HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, creating quality relationships with customers, and handling invoicing and payment collection. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will ensure that every client is satisfied with their experience.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU?
We're looking for someone who can work 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday, with on-call time and overtime available, while meeting the following qualifications:
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC schooling
- EPA certified
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
Our ideal candidate will be friendly and ambitious. Experience with construction permits and Service Titan would be a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Google Sheets, is preferred but not required.
