WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
Your schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, giving you a stable work-life balance while being part of a company that truly appreciates your efforts.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Customer Service Representative, you're the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll answer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating work orders and scheduling service calls efficiently. You'll also play a key role in maintaining our signature service (maintenance) plans, ensuring our customers receive the best service and support. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
