At Braswell & Son, we've spent 45 years building something rare — a luxury retail brand rooted in relationships, trust, and genuine care for our people. Now expanding across Tennessee, we're developing our next generation of store leaders. We're looking for someone who brings both fine jewelry expertise and a people-first heart to everything they do.
The Role
This is a structured Manager in Training position — not a typical retail job. You'll work alongside experienced leadership, actively contributing to store performance while building the skills and confidence to lead your own team. There is a clear, supported path to Store Manager and beyond.
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional, personalized service that keeps customers coming back
Buy, sell, and evaluate fine jewelry, gold, luxury handbags, and designer goods
Coach and inspire team members through daily example and genuine mentorship
Drive store performance through relationship-building and consistent sales
Support store operations, merchandising, and community engagement
Showcase our luxury inventory and culture on social media

3 years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail, or high-value sales
A natural leader with a warm, people-centered approach
A stable career history and a track record of consistent professional growth
A strong communicator who builds genuine, lasting customer relationships
Someone who leads with integrity and shows up the same way every day
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
