**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Part-Time Bell Services Attendant to join our team. The Bell Services Attendant will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure a positive guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a resort or lodge preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move luggage and must have valid drivers license.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles
- Provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
