Position Overview:
As a Golf Pro Shop/Retail Attendant, youll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to resort guests and golf patrons. From assisting with merchandise and tee times to creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Pro Shop, youll help ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
What Youll Do:
Welcome guests with friendly, professional service
Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Answer phone calls and schedule tee times
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail area
Share information about the golf course, resort amenities, and services
Monitor inventory and restock merchandise as needed
Support daily Pro Shop operations while upholding company standards
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Knowledge of golf equipment and etiquette is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
