We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Event Coordinator to help bring weddings, special events, and group functions to life. If you love creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and service weddings, catered events, and group functions
- Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective clients
- Work closely with Food & Beverage teams and Banquet Captains to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist wedding clients with tastings and event details
- Greet clients before events and ensure a smooth transition to banquet operations
- Coordinate wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions
- Manage banquet event orders (BEOs) and maintain accurate event details and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure every event exceeds expectations
- Support a positive and collaborative work environment across all resort departments
- Previous hospitality, catering, wedding, or event coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Weekend availability is required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
