Known for our strong reputation, commitment to safety, and culture of excellence, we are looking to expand our talented team in Nashville with skilled Robotic Field Engineers and Construction Surveyors.

Reliable, full-time hours
Safe, organized jobsites with consistent work
Work with Leica robotic total stations, Carlson, and AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities
Perform field layouts and construction surveys using Leica robotic total stations Lead survey teams as Party Chief or Crew Chief, assigning tasks and ensuring project milestones are met
Process survey data and drawings using Carlson and AutoCAD
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
Collaborate with project teams to solve field challenges and ensure accuracy Work outdoors in all weather, at heights, on your feet for extended periods, and lift up to 75 pounds
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
Experience as a Field Engineer, Surveyor, Party Chief, or Crew Chief
Proficiency with Leica robotic total stations, Carlson, and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of construction surveying practices and principles
Higher-level math skills (algebra and trigonometry)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
Commitment to safety and teamwork on the jobsite
