We are currently seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team full time at the Residence Inn Branson!
This position requires flexibility to work both:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Handle reservations and payments accurately
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with daily hotel operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable attendance and weekend availability required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
