We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions for residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control methods in compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools, and power tools as necessary for pest control operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control technologies, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous or related skill and experience.
- Knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods is advantageous.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong sales skills to promote services and educate clients on pest management solutions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Already have or are able to acquire a State License regulated by Office of Pest Management.
