Summary/Objective
The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Team BRANDT, LLC main office Vice Presidents in various functions including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents, and handling communications to ensure smooth operations and support leadership. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple divisions and Vice Presidents. The Executive Administrative Assistant may be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will report to the Vice President of Sales and work closely with the Vice Presidents of Discovery and Innovation and Supply Chain.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference room availability
- Track, print and code accounts payable invoices
- Assists with meeting and meal preparations
- Plan and execute internal and external events
- Coordinate travel and logistics for trips, including booking travel and preparing itineraries
- Compiling expense reports
- Ordering office supplies
- Perform basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
- Negotiating with vendors
- Performs other duties as assigned

Classification/Expected Hours of Employment
This position is a full time position and is exempt from minimum wage and overtime pay requirements under federal and all applicable state or local laws. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8-4:30. Evening and Weekend availability will be needed for events.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required.
- 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Intermediate computer and software skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
