Job Responsibilities
- Review customer credit applications and supporting financial documentation.
- Analyze financial statements, payment history, and other data to assess creditworthiness.
- Assist in determining appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
- Monitor existing customer accounts and identify potential credit risks.
- Prepare credit analyses and recommendations for management review.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams on credit-related matters.
- Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and risk management initiatives.
- Learn and develop expertise in corporate credit, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of professional experience.
- Internship, co-op, banking, accounting, finance, AR, or analytical experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret financial information and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career within corporate finance.
