We are adding a Creative Operations Lead to support and execute our marketing engine.

About the Role
This role supports the day-to-day execution of our marketing and creative systems.
You will not be working alone — you’ll report directly to our Senior Creative Operations Lead, collaborate with a highly engaged team, and have regular involvement from our Director of Operations and Executive leadership.
We hold weekly meetings to align priorities, review performance, and improve execution.
This role is best for someone who can work independently within structure — not someone who needs constant direction.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing & Content Execution
- Schedule and manage content across platforms:
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Google Business Profile
- Maintain content calendars at least 14 days ahead
- Support newsletters, email campaigns, and customer engagement
- Have a good understanding of AI

Filming, Editing & Creative Systems
- Film and edit short-form video content
- Work within established content templates
- Support repeatable content systems (behind-the-scenes, educational, product, engagement)
- Follow clear content structure (strong hook, clean visuals, CTA)

Website & Performance Support
- Assist with website updates (copy, images, case studies, Blog Post)
- Support SEO-minded updates (not cosmetic-only changes)
- Help track and understand basic performance metrics
