We are looking for talented and dedicated sales professionals to work in our call center in order to help continue to grow our business. In this role, you will be receiving pre-qualified leads from our front-end sales agents and you are responsible for closing deals. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas. Also, loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- This is a Sales Closer position; all calls will be transferred to you by our front-end sales agent.
- Heavy outbound calling is also required.
- Feel comfortable in a phone sales environment.
- Enrollment of clients that seek our digital marketing products and services.
- We work directly with small to medium size businesses that need help with digital marketing and getting new customers. Some of the main industries we work with are restaurants, salons and construction companies
- Accomplishing key performance indicators (KPIs) consisting of daily targeted phone calls, transfers, and closed deals at a minimum of 25% close rate.
- Accurately and consistently document client information into proprietary operating systems.
- Handle client concerns without delay, assuring full resolution.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs and persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
- Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Working effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals.
- Striving to consistently gain sales skills and knowledge to stay agile in today’s competitive market.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Prior telephone sales or in person sales experience
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
- Have a stamina and hunter mentality with key decision making.
- Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency.
- Thrive within a fast-paced outbound sales call environment.
- Persistent, won’t take "no" for an answer attitude.
- Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance.
- Unstoppable attitude and possess a high need for competition and achievement.
- Well organized and great attention to detail.
- This is an office based position located in Irvine, Ca.
