Job Summary: Licensed Nurse RN or LPN
- Participation in the nursing process by sharing in assessment of patients, planning of patient care, implementing the patient care plan, and evaluating patient care.
- Accepting doctor’s orders, transcribing doctor’s orders and making rounds with physicians.
- Ordering medications according to facility procedure, doing narcotic count according to regulation, auditing physician orders and medications as assigned.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
Qualifications:
- EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited, approved school of nursing. Current registration with the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Will receive in-service training in special areas.
