Brandon Residential Treatment Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight to our residential program. The Program Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for the youth we serve, while supporting and guiding Program Supervisors, direct care staff, and program operations. This position requires a strong commitment to trauma-informed care, staff development, and fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that helps every child reach their potential.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Provide overall leadership, supervision, and support to Program Supervisors and residential staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
•Oversee daily program operations to ensure consistency, safety, and quality of care for all youth.
•Ensure ongoing communication and collaboration with Treatment Team members, Department Heads, family members, and collaterals.
•Monitor treatment implementation and ensure alignment with individual goals, agency policies, and licensing standards.
•Support and model trauma-informed, strength-based practices that promote emotional growth, skill development, and positive behavior.
•Partner with clinical, educational, and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and program needs.
•Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation systems within the program.
•Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to promote professional growth and program excellence.
•Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of experience working in human services/mental health field with supervisory experience required.
•Must have a valid ID and DEEC CORI/DCF background check.
•Able to participate in physical interventions.
•MAP certified a plus.
Salary:
•$60,000 – $62,500 annual salary
Schedule:
•Sunday – Wednesday 2nd Shift
•Thursday – Friday 2nd Shift
