As we continue to grow, we are investing in both our internal operations and the experience we provide to our clients—starting with the launch of our newest model home.
The Operations & Experience Intern will support two key areas of the business:
- Purchasing & Operations – assisting with vendor coordination, pricing, and material procurement
- Model Home Launch & Client Experience – helping design and execute a high-end, memorable model home experience
This role is ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and creative—someone who enjoys working with systems and numbers, but also has an eye for presentation, branding, and customer experience.
- Assist in collecting and organizing vendor bids and pricing
- Support material procurement and vendor coordination
- Track and document vendor incentives, discounts, and partnerships
- Maintain organized purchasing logs and documentation
- Assist with updating selections, specifications, and scopes of work
- Help ensure purchasing processes are executed accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate vendors, materials, and installations for the model home
- Assist in sourcing furnishings, décor, and finishing touches
- Help design an elevated client experience (music, scent, refreshments, flow)
- Support planning and execution of model home launch events
- Maintain model home readiness and presentation standards
- Research and implement ideas to enhance brand perception and client experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive and self-motivated; able to take ownership of tasks
- Interest in construction, real estate, design, or business operations
- Ability to balance both analytical and creative responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Exposure to real-world residential construction and business operations
- Hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor management, and project coordination
- Involvement in launching and shaping a flagship model home
