We are looking for a personable Quick Lane Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and Quick Lane technicians. The service advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, estimating costs, providing estimates, and verifying warranty coverage. The Service Advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and concerns , determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate descriptions.
You need to have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry. If you are looking for a career this is your opportunity. We will train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail.
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, and excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience with shop management software preferred.
