The Quick Lane Technician is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles including oil changes, brake services, tire replacements, and other basic maintenance services.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 7:30pm, rotating evenings and Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary.
- Providing quality vehicle service as requested by customers
- Duties may include oil changes, brake services, tire replacements
- Basic maintenance services to customers of Bartow Ford
- Provide diagnostic services
- Follow all safety and service procedures
- Accurately complete work orders
- Maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area and basic equipment
- Consistent and acceptable level of performance
- Participate in continuing training
- Must submit to a background check and drug test.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive technician experience or schooling preferred.
- Ability to diagnose, service and repair a wide variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
