Brandlete builds customer acquisition teams through structured execution in real environments. Alongside performance in the field, visibility and communication through social platforms are used to document, support, and scale that performance.
In this role, you will represent T-Mobile while contributing to both business-to-business customer acquisition and the creation of content that reflects real activity, development, and results.
This is a full-time, in-person position within a structured team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines direct customer interaction with content contribution.
- Engaging business owners and decision-makers in face-to-face B2B conversations
- Introducing T-Mobile services including mobile plans, high-speed internet, and bundled solutions
- Explaining coverage, pricing, and service options clearly
- Supporting onboarding and account setup
- Contributing to social media content based on real activity and results
- Supporting brand visibility through consistent, structured posting
Social Media & Content Development
Once a week, the team runs a dedicated social media morning.
This is an invite-only, collaborative session focused on content creation and brand visibility.
- Contribute ideas for content based on real experiences in the role
- Get involved in filming, editing, or directing content
- Take part in on-camera content if that’s something you’re interested in
- Work as part of a group to plan and produce structured content
This is optional, but available to those who want to develop alongside their sales performance.

Customer Acquisition

- Build consistency through daily execution
Content & Visibility
- Contribute to content that reflects real performance and development
- Support team visibility through structured posting

Full training and ongoing support are provided across both areas.

Earnings & Structure
- Typical take-home earnings range between $4,150 – $4,775 per month, Paid Weekly
- Earnings do include, commissions and performance-based bonuses - this will be discussed in more detail following interview, review of available hours and skill set.
Earnings are directly linked to output. Higher performance results in higher earnings. More information will be provided following your interview and assessment of your availability / matching skill sets.
