Brandlete builds and operates business-to-business customer acquisition teams for companies looking to scale. Through a structured system, individuals are developed into high-performing operators and, over time, leaders who can build and run markets.
In this role, you will represent T-Mobile, working directly with businesses to introduce mobile plans, high-speed internet, and bundled communication solutions.
This is a full-time, in-person role operating within assigned territories.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging business owners and decision-makers in face-to-face B2B conversations
- Introducing T-Mobile solutions, including mobile, internet, and bundled services
- Explaining coverage, pricing, and service options clearly and confidently
- Operating within assigned territories to build new business relationships
- Supporting onboarding and account setup for new customers
- Applying a structured customer acquisition process
- Tracking daily performance, including conversations, conversions, and results

Earnings & Structure
- Typical take-home earnings range between $4,270 – $5,095 per month, Paid Weekly
- Earnings do include, commissions and performance-based bonuses - this will be discussed in more detail following interview, review of available hours and skill set.
Earnings are directly linked to output. Higher performance results in higher earnings. More information will be provided following your interview and assessment of your availability / matching skill sets.
