Overview:
At Brandenberger Tree Care Professionals, our mission is to redefine tree care experience, one relationship at a time. We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative who is humble, confident, motivated and passionate. The Mission of this position is to drive company revenue through building relationships, creating an exceptional customer experience and providing the highest possible value to the communities we serve.
Required qualifications include: Valid Driver's License and no major motor vehicle violations
Preferred qualifications include: Previous sales experience, Certified Arborist, TRAQ, CTSP
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer-facing representative of the company, embodying the mission and core values in all interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and delivering solutions that align with or exceed expectations.
- Maintain a proactive, positive approach to responsibilities and all other duties assigned, while actively seeking opportunities for growth.
- Write and submit proposals to customers, outlining the scope, timeline, and costs of services.
- Communicate regularly with office and production teams to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
- Expand understanding of the tree care industry and internal systems to improve overall service delivery.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Track and assess personal performance metrics regularly for accountability and timely completion of tasks.
