Brandeis University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager of Campus Services to play a key role in overseeing essential campus operations. This position supports the Assistant Vice President of Campus Planning and Operations in managing both the day-to-day activities and the financial performance of several high-impact contracted services—including Campus Card Office, Dining Services, Print and Mail Services, the Bookstore, and more.

The hiring range for the position is $88k-$105.5k.
What You Will Do
- Lead Campus Card Office operations, overseeing ID card services and meal plans that support nearly every member of the Brandeis community.
- Supervise and mentor a small team, including student employees, while maintaining high levels of customer service and problem-solving.
- Support financial planning for Campus Services: prepare budgets, analyze monthly reports, and generate data-driven insights for senior leadership.
- Oversee systems and processes tied to key campus services, using platforms like CBORD, Workday, Micros POS, GET, THD to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate across departments to introduce automation, improve efficiency, and ensure satisfaction among students, parents, faculty, and staff.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in operational management, business systems, or campus services.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with CBORD/Odyssey PCS, Workday, and Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
- CASP certification and a strong understanding of university operations are a plus.
