We’re Hiring a Receptionist/Assistant. At Branded Pest Defense, we don’t just answer phones — we take care of people.

Pay Structure:
- Hourly Pay: $13–$16/hour (based on experience)
This is NOT just a desk job.You are the first impression of our company — the voice customers remember.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Manage customer accounts and update service notes
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff
- Handle basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in pest control, home services, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM/scheduling software (like FieldRoutes)
- Experience with Canva (flyers, posts, basic design)
- Basic Excel knowledge (tracking, simple reports)
