Production Finishing Associate (Dryer Catcher)

Branded Ink is growing and busy, and we are currently looking for a hardworking and dependable Production Finishing Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for catching garments as they come off the dryer, inspecting them for quality, counting and sorting finished products, and preparing orders for the next stage of production.

This role is critical to maintaining production flow and ensuring our customers receive high-quality products. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in quality work, we’d love to meet you.

Entry-level pay is $13 up to $16 DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Catch and stack garments as they exit the dryer.
• Inspect garments for print quality, defects, stains, and placement issues.
• Count, sort, and organize finished products by order.
• Separate and prepare garments for folding, bagging, tagging, or shipping.
• Alert press operators or management of any quality concerns immediately.
• Maintain production pace and keep up with press output.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with folding, packaging, and other production tasks as needed.
• Help with loading shirts onto presses during busy periods.
• Follow production schedules and company quality standards.
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and organization.

Qualifications:

• No experience required; production or screen-printing experience is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
• Positive attitude and works well in a team environment.
• Able to stay focused and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual.
