We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Operations Specialist to support our growing client storefront programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering a great client experience. You’ll work closely with our Programs, Sales, and Operations teams to execute and maintain online stores while supporting day-to-day client needs.
What You’ll Do
Program Store Setup & Maintenance
- Build, launch, and maintain client storefronts (Shopify, OrderMyGear, or similar platforms)
- Own product setup end-to-end, including pricing, images, descriptions, and variant management
- Ensure all storefronts are visually organized, easy to navigate, and aligned with client branding standards
- Drive merchandising by curating thoughtful product assortments that align with client goals, audience, and budget
- Continuously review and optimize store layouts, product mix, and presentation to improve the overall user experience and performance
Client Support & Communication
- Serve as a day-to-day support contact for program-related client requests
- Respond to inquiries with clear, timely, and professional communication
- Assist with order questions, updates, and issue resolution
- Support CSR responsibilities as needed
Operations & Execution
- Assist with backend setup and ongoing store updates
- Help troubleshoot basic order, product, or system issues
- Support order flow from store to production to delivery
- Rotate into the main phone queue as needed
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns)
- Help coordinate campaign assets such as email content and featured products
- Support tracking of campaign performance and engagement
Process & Team Support
- Follow established workflows and SOPs to ensure consistency
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all tasks
- Identify improvements and share ideas with the team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, eCommerce, or operations support
- Experience with Shopify, OrderMyGear (OMG), or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
