Role Description
Brand Definition is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our client services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career communications, marketing, public relations, or social media professional eager to learn about agency operations, develop client management skills, and contribute to integrated marketing, public relations, and digital engagement programs.
The Account Coordinator serves as a key support resource for account teams, helping ensure projects move efficiently, deadlines are met, and clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, curious about technology and marketing trends, familiar with social strategy, and excited to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position, with WFH Summer Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account teams in the day-to-day management of client programs and campaigns
- Assist with project coordination, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting
- Conduct market, media, competitor, and industry research
- Build and maintain media lists, influencer databases, and industry contacts
- Assist with media outreach, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Draft client communications, meeting notes, briefing documents, and presentation materials
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, schedules, and follow-up actions
- Track project deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Support the development, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across client platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn
