Brand Capture is a locally-focused social media agency with teams in DC and Boston. Our mission is simple: make social media personal by creating authentic content that connects brands to their communities.
We’re looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to join our Boston team. This role is a great fit for someone passionate about short-form video, local businesses, and growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment.
📍 Location: Boston, MA (remote with on-site content shoots)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time hours, compensated as a contractor
📅 Start Date: December 2025
What you’ll do:
• Create and manage content across Instagram & TikTok
• Produce short-form video graphics (Canva, CapCut/Adobe Suite)
• Join on-site content shoots with local businesses
• Build content calendars and social strategies
• Track metrics and report on performance
• Contribute to the growth of Brand Capture as a whole
What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar
• Portfolio of short-form video work
• Skilled in Canva CapCut (or equivalents)
• Strong communicator & collaborator
• Passion for social media and local communities
