Key Responsibilities
- Lead project estimation, material take-offs, and cost management to ensure accurate budgeting and financial oversight.
- Manage trade partners, suppliers, and vendors while maintaining up-to-date pricing and job start documentation.
- Oversee construction execution, ensuring work meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and adheres to original plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates through project management software.
- Supervise onsite personnel and coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and officials to drive project success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management (custom home experience preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, grading plans, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Ability to self-perform material take-offs and accurately estimate project costs.
- Proficiency with construction management and estimating software.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience)
