As a Residential Builder Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks related to project management and on-site operations.Learn more about us at: https://omariconstruction.com/Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee project activities from start to finish.Manage material logistics, including returning materials to distribution centers and monitoring material consumption by subcontractors.Upload invoices, photograph job progress, and manage receipts and payments in AccuLynx.Visit multiple job sites daily to ensure smooth operations and customer/subcontractor needs are met.Assist with installations, cleanup, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.Collaborate with office staff and field teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs, carrying ladders, and understanding the installation process.Qualifications:Previous experience in project management or a related field is preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using project management tools and software.Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks on construction sites.Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.Salary and Benefits:Full-Time.Pay: $55,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.Health insurance coverage.Paid time off and holidays.Yearly bonus based on performance.Company Vehicle.EZPass.Gas Card.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for project management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
