We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, upbeat, and dynamic individual to work with a well-established, family owned pest services company. Braman is seeking a Customer Service Representative to effectively conduct inside sales calls, scheduling, and customer/technician communications by performing the following essential duties:

Braman is seeking a Customer Service Representative to effectively conduct inside sales calls, scheduling, and customer/technician communications by performing the following essential duties:
- Receives and processes a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Provides accurate answers to client questions.
- Conducts inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services.
- Conducts routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor.
- Facilitates effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management. Relays messages in an accurate and reliable manner.
- Interacts with others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Effectively uses communication technologies as required.
- Must have professional demeanor and friendly rapport.
- Exceptional phone presence.
- Must have strong work ethic
- Competency to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment.
- Well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years of inside sales/call center experience required.
- Full time 40 hours per week
