Position Overview
The Club Manager oversees the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth execution of all member services, athletic programming, staffing, and facility maintenance. This role is responsible for managing front-of-house operations, coordinating with instructors and event partners, and ensuring the club environment is welcoming, well-run, and consistently aligned with our brand standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-minded, and able to balance operational efficiency with great interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Hospitality
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for members.
- Foster a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
- Resolve member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold and proactively improve the overall member journey from check-in to departure.
Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and ensure the club is clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Manage scheduling, court/room reservations, and event setups.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and cleaning staff.
- Ensure all athletic spaces meet safety and quality standards.
Staff Leadership
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-desk, concierge, and support staff.
- Coach team members and maintain a positive, high-performing environment.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
Programming & Events
- Support execution of athletic programs, classes, leagues, and clinics.
- Coordinate logistics for social events, workshops, and member gatherings.
- Collaborate with coaching staff and event partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Administration & Reporting
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies.
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
- Prepare operational reports and identify areas for efficiency improvements
