- Administrative Assistant ($16-$19)
- Accounts Payable ($20-$25)
- Accounts Receivable ($20-$25)
- Deal Biller ($20-$25)
- Assistant Office Manager ($25-$30)
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):
- Process daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end close
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in automotive accounting software a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
