Overview
A growing biotechnology company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced EA who thrives in fast paced, science driven environments and enjoys partnering closely with executives to help keep priorities aligned and operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a trusted partner by anticipating executive needs and proactively managing priorities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow ups
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners
- Manage expense reporting, invoices, and related administrative processes
- Assist with special projects, presentations, and executive communications as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive scientific, financial, and strategic information
- Support general office operations and contribute to a collaborative, high performance environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
- Proven experience supporting senior level executives in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
